With over 4,000 hours of footage and over 50,000 photographs, the National Combat History Archive possesses one of the largest private collections of combat and military related media outside of the National Archive. Much of this footage is extremely rare and comes from sources as varied as defense contractors, military photographic and film units and personal home movies taken during the wars. Our collection contains footage starting from the Spanish American war, WW1, WW2, Korea, Vietnam, Arab-Israeli wars, the cold war, Grenada, Panama and the Gulf War and the current Iraq war.

We have an active stock footage component to the NCHA and our footage has been seen on the History Channel, The Military Channel, numerous TV and film documentaries and music videos.
